Designed to replace the stock 74mm throttle body, this high-performance upgrade delivers improved airflow, increased horsepower, and enhanced throttle response. Performance gains become more pronounced when combined with additional engine upgrades, including a cold air intake.
Larger Bore for Maximum Airflow
Featuring an 80mm bore diameter, this throttle body allows more air into the engine, improving combustion efficiency and overall engine responsiveness. The increased airflow helps your engine perform at its peak, particularly under load and high RPM conditions.
6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Adapter
The included adapter is precision-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for lightweight strength and a perfect fit. Its serrated/swirl combination design creates turbulence in the intake charge, breaking up fuel for a more complete combustion cycle, which boosts horsepower, torque, and throttle response.
Plug-and-Play Electronics
The kit includes all necessary harnesses, hardware, and gaskets, making installation straightforward. No tuning is required—simply bolt on and enjoy enhanced performance. For optimal results, aFe recommends pairing this throttle body with an aFe cold air intake.
Installation
The throttle body uses factory mounting locations, ensuring stability and a hassle-free bolt-on installation. All required hardware is included in the kit.
