The Momentum XP Cold Air Intake System – Blue with Pro DRY S Filter by aFe POWER is engineered to improve airflow, throttle response, and overall performance for Ford and Lincoln 3.5L EcoBoost and PowerBoost platforms. Featuring a sealed housing design and striking blue powder-coated aluminum intake tubes, this system delivers dyno-proven gains while maintaining excellent filtration and everyday drivability.
Dyno testing shows gains of up to +7 HP and +9 lbs. x ft. TQ, with the system outflowing the factory intake by 21%. Measured airflow reaches 540 CFM @ 7” H2O, ensuring efficient air delivery to the turbos for improved power and responsiveness.

Dual Inlet 3-Layer Performance Air Filter (Pro DRY S):
The Momentum XP intake utilizes a 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter with dual 3-inch inlets and oil-free Pro DRY S synthetic media. The three-layer progressive design provides excellent filtration efficiency and dust-holding capacity without the need for oiling. Its inverted top design increases surface area for longer service intervals, making it ideal for street and light off-road use.
Unique One-Piece Sealed Housing with Sight Window:
The one-piece housing is roto-molded from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to minimize heat soak and ensure the coolest intake charge possible. The housing incorporates the factory hood inlet scoop and grille air inlet, maintaining OE-style airflow routing. A large clear sight window allows quick filter inspection without system disassembly.
Dual 3" Mandrel-Bent Blue Aluminum Intake Tubes:
Dual 3-inch mandrel-bent blue powder-coated aluminum tubes deliver smooth, unrestricted airflow from the air filter to the turbos. A connecting hose balances intake pressure between both tubes for consistent airflow under all driving conditions.
Silicone Inlet Seal:
A premium silicone seal interfaces with the hood, blocking hot engine bay air from entering the intake system and preserving cold air efficiency.
Premium Hardware and Couplings:
High-quality stainless steel worm-gear clamps and durable silicone couplings ensure a secure, leak-free seal. The Momentum XP system uses fewer components for a quick and straightforward installation.
