The aFe POWER Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System with Pro 10R Filter is engineered to deliver maximum airflow, unmatched torque gains, and long-term filtration performance for 2020–2025 GM HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Designed for heavy-duty use, towing, and off-road applications, this intake system combines innovative engineering with durable construction to maximize diesel performance.
Dyno-tested and proven, the Momentum HD intake produces up to +16 horsepower and +44 lb-ft of torque, while outflowing the factory intake by 56%. Its measured airflow reaches 710 CFM at 7 inches H₂O, ensuring optimal air volume and velocity for demanding diesel engines.
Large Ten-Layer Pro 10R Performance Air Filter
At the heart of the system is a massive 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow Pro 10R air filter, featuring ten layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media. The inverted top and 5.5-inch flange maximize surface area for longer service intervals and superior dust-holding capacity. Reinforced metal construction prevents filter collapse, making it ideal for off-road and heavy-duty applications.
Innovative Filter-to-Housing Interface
The patented filter-to-housing interface (US PAT 9440175) enables use of the largest possible filter while simplifying maintenance. The filter can be removed from the housing by simply disconnecting the intake tube—no full disassembly required.
One-Piece Heat-Resistant Housing
Constructed from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the smooth one-piece sealed housing reduces heat soak and simplifies installation. Integrated factory air scoop inlets and an optional auxiliary air inlet optimize airflow. A clear sight window allows quick visual inspection of the filter without removing the housing.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube & Premium Components
The system includes a computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube crafted from heat-resistant XLPE to maintain perfect fit and maximize power gains. Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone reinforced coupling provide secure, leak-free sealing. Fewer components allow for a fast, hassle-free installation.
