The system features a one-piece sealed housing with auxiliary air scoop to ensure the coolest air charge possible, while a large sight window allows for easy inspection of the filter. A urethane plug is included for cold-weather applications, enabling you to block the auxiliary air inlet when desired.
At the heart of this intake is a massive 1,000 CFM Pro 10R air filter, constructed with 10 layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media, providing 99.59% cumulative filtration efficiency (independently tested). The patented filter-to-housing interface allows for maximum filter size and airflow while simplifying installation. Reinforced metal wrapping ensures maximum structural integrity to prevent filter collapse under high-flow conditions.
