The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filters is designed to improve airflow efficiency, horsepower, and torque for Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator 3.0L EcoBoost applications. Featuring a sealed dual-filter design and oil-free performance media, this intake delivers strong power gains while offering easy maintenance and long service life.
This system outflows the factory intake by 20% and delivers dyno-proven gains of up to +15 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque. With a measured airflow of 355 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Momentum GT intake supplies cooler, denser air to support improved throttle response and overall engine performance.

Dual Large Three-Layer Pro DRY S Performance Air Filters
The system utilizes two 6-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filters with 3.5-inch flanges, featuring aFe POWER’s oil-free Pro DRY S synthetic media. The three-layer progressive design provides excellent filtration efficiency and dust-holding capacity without the need for oils. The inverted filter tops increase usable surface area, extending service intervals and making these filters ideal for daily-driven street vehicles.
Innovative Filter-to-Housing Interface
Momentum GT’s advanced filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest possible filter size while minimizing components. Once installed, the air filters can be easily removed for servicing by simply uninstalling the intake tubes—no need to disassemble the entire housing.
One-Piece Sealed XLPE Housing
The smooth, one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to resist heat soak and withstand impact, extreme temperatures, and harsh engine bay conditions. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop and requires no additional hardware. A large clear sight window allows for quick filter inspection without removal.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tubes
Computer-designed and dyno-tuned intake tubes optimize airflow geometry to maximize power gains while maintaining precise OE fitment. Constructed from durable XLPE material, the tubes are highly resistant to heat soak and long-term wear.
Premium Components & Hardware
High-quality stainless-steel clamps and reinforced silicone couplings ensure a secure, leak-free seal. Aluminum and nylon vacuum fittings are included for a clean factory-style finish.
