The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filter is engineered to significantly increase airflow, horsepower, and overall efficiency for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 PowerBoost 3.5L Twin-Turbo EcoBoost Hybrid. Designed using advanced airflow modeling and extensive dyno validation, this system delivers impressive performance gains while maintaining excellent filtration and everyday drivability.
Dyno testing confirms gains of up to +17 horsepower and +24 lb-ft of torque, providing improved throttle response and stronger acceleration. With a measured airflow of 620 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Momentum GT intake outflows the factory intake by an impressive 39%, ensuring the engine receives a steady supply of cooler, denser air under all driving conditions.
At the core of the system is a large 9-inch tall, three-layer Pro DRY S performance air filter. This 360-degree radial flow filter features oil-free synthetic media designed for maximum convenience and consistent filtration. Progressive layering provides excellent filtration efficiency and high dust-holding capacity without the need for oils, making it ideal for daily driving and light off-road use. The inverted filter top increases surface area, resulting in longer service intervals and sustained performance.
The intake utilizes a one-piece sealed housing constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). The patented filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest possible filter while minimizing components for a clean design and simplified installation. A large clear sight window enables quick filter inspection without disassembly. The sealed housing incorporates both the factory hood inlet scoop and grille air inlet, optimizing cold air delivery.
A silicone inlet seal finishes the housing inlet and seals directly to the hood, effectively blocking hot engine bay air from entering the intake system. The computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube, manufactured from durable XLPE material, ensures maximum airflow while maintaining precise OEM-style fitment and resistance to heat soak.
Premium hardware includes stainless-steel clamps and high-quality silicone couplings, providing a secure, leak-free seal and long-term durability. Designed with fewer parts, the Momentum GT intake system installs easily using factory mounting locations with no cutting or permanent modifications required.
