Description
Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter – High-Performance Airflow for Jeep Wrangler JK 3.6L V6
Enhance your Jeep Wrangler JK (2012–2018) with the Momentum GT Sealed Cold Air Intake System from aFe POWER, engineered to deliver noticeable gains in horsepower, torque, and overall engine efficiency. Designed for precision, durability, and maximum airflow, this intake system produces up to +13 HP and +12 lb-ft of torque, while outflowing the factory intake by up to 22%.
The Momentum GT is crafted using advanced CAD and roto-molding techniques, resulting in a one-piece sealed housing with integrated auxiliary air inlet. This design reduces heat soak, improves air density, and ensures optimal airflow to the engine. A built-in clear sight window allows easy filter inspection without disassembling the airbox.
Roto-Molded Intake Tube with Resonance Chamber
The dyno-tuned, CAD-designed roto-molded intake tube includes a built-in resonance chamber to minimize unwanted intake noise while optimizing airflow. This results in a smoother, more efficient air charge that enhances throttle response and engine performance.
Massive Pro 5R 5-Layer Air Filter
At the heart of the system is a large inverted-top Pro 5R filter, standing 9" tall with a wide, round flange. Featuring five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media, this filter maximizes airflow while providing superior filtration for long-lasting performance. The unique patented filter-to-housing interface (US PAT 9440175) allows the largest possible filter size while simplifying installation.
Premium Hardware & Easy Installation
The Momentum GT system includes stainless-steel T-bolt clamps for secure attachment and is designed with fewer components for fast, clean, and drill-free installation. By using the factory mounting points, the system ensures a perfect OEM-quality fit.
Emissions Compliance
Some or all applications are 50-state compliant. Please refer to CARB EO# D-550-50 for details.
