The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is engineered to deliver measurable performance gains, superior airflow, and long-term durability for diesel-powered midsize trucks. Designed using advanced CAD technology, this sealed intake system maximizes airflow while maintaining excellent filtration and heat resistance.
Dyno-tested results show gains of up to +6 horsepower and +13 lb-ft of torque, with airflow that outperforms the factory intake by 44%. At the core of the system is a one-piece sealed housing with an auxiliary air inlet, designed to draw in cooler air while protecting the filter from engine bay heat. An integrated clear sight window allows quick inspection of the air filter without disassembly, while an included urethane plug gives you the option to fully seal the housing if desired.
Airflow is further optimized by a CAD-designed, roto-molded intake tube, dyno-tuned to provide smooth, unrestricted airflow and a precise factory-style fit. The system utilizes a custom high-temperature reinforced silicone coupling with an integrated aluminum fitting, ensuring a secure connection to the factory breather line and reliable performance under demanding conditions.
Filtration is handled by a massive Pro 5R pre-oiled performance air filter, featuring five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media. This 360-degree radial flow filter delivers maximum airflow and power potential while remaining washable and reusable for long service life. The patented filter-to-housing interface (US PAT 9440175) allows for a larger filter surface area and significantly simplifies installation and maintenance.
Installation is completely bolt-on, requiring no cutting or drilling of factory components, and includes all necessary clamps and hardware for a fast, hassle-free upgrade.
