The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is engineered to deliver maximum airflow, improved throttle response, and measurable performance gains for the 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 7.3L Gas V8. Designed with precision airflow engineering and dyno validation, this intake system outflows the factory intake by 14%, with a measured airflow of 580 CFM at 7" H₂O, providing cooler, denser air for improved engine efficiency and performance.
Large Five-Layer Pro 5R Air Filter
This system features a 360-degree radial flow, pre-oiled Pro 5R filter with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media. It delivers maximum airflow while maintaining high filtration efficiency, typically resulting in the highest power gains among all filter media options. Its inverted top increases filter surface area, providing longer service intervals. The filter is washable and reusable, ideal for street use and long-term maintenance convenience.
Filter-to-Housing Interface
Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest filter possible while maintaining easy serviceability. Once installed, the air filter can be removed simply by uninstalling the intake tube, eliminating unnecessary disassembly.
Unique One-Piece Housing
The one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and features the patented (US PAT 9440175) filter-to-housing interface. Its design minimizes the number of components, simplifying installation. A large clear sight window allows for easy filter inspection without disassembly. The housing includes a built-in air inlet scoop and an optional auxiliary air inlet that draws in additional airflow without extra hardware.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
The computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube maximizes airflow while maintaining perfect OEM-style fitment. XLPE construction provides excellent resistance to heat soak for consistent performance under high engine temperatures.
