Large Five-Layer Pro 5R Performance Air Filter
At the core of the system is a 360-degree radial flow, pre-oiled Pro 5R air filter. With five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media, it delivers maximum airflow and filtration efficiency for optimal engine performance. The inverted top design increases filter surface area for extended service intervals, making it ideal for street use. The filter is fully washable and reusable for long-term performance and convenience.
Filter-to-Housing Interface
Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface allows for the largest possible filter while maintaining easy maintenance. Once installed, the air filter can be removed simply by uninstalling the intake tube, eliminating unnecessary disassembly.
Unique One-Piece Housing
Constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the one-piece sealed housing features the patented (US PAT 9440175) filter-to-housing interface. Its design minimizes the number of components, simplifying installation while including a clear sight window for quick inspection without disassembly. The housing incorporates a built-in air inlet scoop and an optional auxiliary air inlet, providing additional airflow without requiring extra hardware.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
The system includes a computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube that maximizes airflow while maintaining precise OEM-style fitment. The durable XLPE construction resists heat soak for consistent performance under high engine temperatures.
