The Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is engineered to maximize airflow and performance for the 2021–2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L EcoBoost. Designed using advanced dyno testing and precision engineering, this system delivers proven power gains while maintaining a factory-quality fit and aggressive performance sound.
Dyno-proven results show gains of up to +7 horsepower and +10 lb-ft of torque, improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency. With a measured airflow of 290 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Momentum GT intake outflows the factory system by 29%, allowing cooler, denser air to reach the engine for consistent performance under both street and track conditions.
At the heart of the system is a large, five-layer Pro 5R performance air filter, featuring pre-oiled cotton gauze media designed for maximum airflow. This 360-degree radial flow filter uses progressively finer layers to deliver high filtration while providing the greatest airflow potential among available filter media options. The inverted filter top increases usable surface area, extending service intervals and supporting sustained performance. The Pro 5R filter is fully washable and reusable, making it ideal for performance-driven street and track use.
The intake features a one-piece sealed housing constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to reduce heat soak and isolate incoming air from engine bay temperatures. The patented filter-to-housing interface minimizes the number of components for a cleaner design and simplified installation. A large clear sight window allows quick filter inspection without disassembly, while the housing retains the factory air inlet scoop to optimize airflow.
A computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube, manufactured from durable XLPE material, ensures maximum airflow while maintaining precise OEM-style fitment. Premium stainless-steel clamps and a high-quality silicone coupling provide a secure, leak-free seal and long-term reliability.
