The custom CAD-designed housing is constructed from heat-resistant black cross-linked polyethylene to minimize heat soak and ensure the coolest possible intake charge. Its one-piece design eliminates unnecessary components for improved airflow efficiency. A built-in clear sight window allows for quick filter inspection without removing the airbox. An included urethane plug enables complete sealing of the auxiliary air inlet if desired.

Designed around maximum airflow capacity, the system features a 7-inch tall inverted-top Pro 5R air filter with a large oval flange (6-3/4" x 4-3/4"). The filter utilizes 5-layer progressively finer cotton gauze oiled media and a durable 100% polyurethane frame, offering excellent filtration, long service life, and multiple cleaning cycles.
