The aFe POWER Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System with Pro DRY S Filter is engineered to deliver high-flow performance, aggressive turbo sound, and long-lasting reliability for 2017–2019 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke diesel models. Designed with an open-element architecture, this intake not only enhances airflow but also produces the deep turbo whistle sound that diesel enthusiasts seek.
Dyno-proven testing confirms gains of up to +13 horsepower and +35 lb-ft of torque, while increasing airflow by 65% over the factory intake system. With a measured flow of 750 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Stage-2 intake provides unrestricted air for improved throttle response, towing, and overall diesel performance.
At the core of the system is a massive 9-inch tall Pro DRY S performance air filter, featuring three layers of oil-free synthetic media. The progressive layering ensures maximum airflow, superior filtration efficiency, and extended service intervals without the need for oiling. The inverted top design increases usable filter surface area, making it ideal for street and light off-road applications. The filter is also washable and reusable for long-term convenience.
The included one-piece XLPE housing surrounds the air filter, minimizing warm engine air while showcasing the intake for a bold under-hood look. The housing also features a front air inlet for improved airflow and can accommodate the optional Dynamic Air Scoop (P/N 54-73006-S) without additional hardware.
A CAD-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube optimizes airflow, resists heat soak, and ensures a precise fit. The innovative filter-to-housing interface reduces hardware and simplifies installation, cutting the number of parts in half compared to traditional cold air intake systems.
Installation is hassle-free and requires no cutting, drilling, or tuning. The system uses factory mounting locations for a true bolt-on experience, making it ideal for performance-focused diesel trucks.
