The aFe POWER Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R Filter is designed to deliver maximum airflow, aggressive turbo sound, and unmatched performance for 2017–2019 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke models. Its open-element design showcases the massive air filter while producing the deep, highly sought-after turbo whistle under load.
Dyno-proven results show gains of up to +20 horsepower and +54 lb-ft of torque, with airflow increased by 77% over the factory intake system. With a measured airflow of 805 CFM at 7" H₂O, the Stage-2 intake ensures unrestricted airflow for improved throttle response, towing, and overall diesel performance.
At the heart of the system is a 9-inch tall Pro 5R performance air filter, featuring five layers of pre-oiled cotton gauze media for maximum filtration and airflow. Its inverted top increases usable surface area, providing higher airflow, longer service intervals, and consistent high-performance results. The Pro 5R filter is washable and reusable, making it ideal for street and performance use.
The intake includes a one-piece open-element XLPE housing, which minimizes heat intrusion while allowing visual access to the filter. The housing also provides a front air inlet for optimal airflow and is compatible with the optional Dynamic Air Scoop (P/N 54-73006-S) without additional hardware.
A CAD-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube ensures smooth airflow, resists heat soak, and maintains a precise factory-style fit. The innovative filter-to-housing interface reduces hardware and simplifies installation, cutting the number of components in half compared to traditional cold air intakes.
Installation is direct bolt-on, utilizing factory mounting points with no cutting, drilling, or ECU tuning required, making this Stage-2 intake a perfect upgrade for performance-minded diesel enthusiasts.
