At the core of the Pro GUARD7 is a patented seven-layer filtration system (US PAT 06811588), combining five layers of progressively finer oiled cotton gauze media with two layers of fine-porosity synthetic non-woven media. This advanced construction achieves industry-leading cumulative filtration efficiency, ensuring maximum protection against harmful contaminants without sacrificing airflow.
The filter features rounded, open, evenly spaced pleats that increase usable surface area, resulting in improved airflow and exceptional dust-holding capacity. This design extends service intervals and maintains consistent performance between cleanings.
