The aFe POWER MACH Force-XP 3" to 3.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to enhance exhaust flow, throttle response, and sound performance for 2015–2020 Ford F-150 EcoBoost models. Designed with a stepped-diameter layout and premium stainless steel construction, this system delivers improved efficiency while maintaining an OE-quality fit and aggressive styling.
This cat-back exhaust system is constructed from 100% MIG-welded, 3-inch to 3.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, ensuring maximum durability and unrestricted exhaust flow. Smooth transition bends reduce turbulence, allowing exhaust gases to exit efficiently for increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response.
At the core of the system is a high-flow, straight-through 21-inch 409 stainless steel muffler, engineered to absorb unwanted high-frequency tones while delivering a deep, aggressive exhaust note without excessive drone. Both the muffler and exhaust tip feature laser-cut aFe POWER badges, reinforcing the system’s premium performance identity.
The exhaust is finished with a black stainless steel exhaust tip, delivering a bold, aggressive appearance that complements the F-150’s styling. OE-style bayonet hangers and heavy-duty band clamps provide a secure, stable installation, maintaining proper exhaust alignment under high heat and vibration conditions.
Installation is quick and hassle-free, utilizing all factory mounting locations with no cutting or modification required. A high-quality OE-style flange and premium band clamps ensure a 360-degree leak-free seal, and all necessary installation hardware is included.
This MACH Force-XP exhaust system fits multiple cab and bed configurations and does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable.
