Designed specifically for the 2.3L turbocharged EcoBoost engine, this system delivers dyno-proven gains of up to +16 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque when tested with aFe POWER Twisted Steel downpipes.
This exhaust system features 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing transitioning to 2.5 inches, optimized for both factory and aftermarket connections. A clamp-on reduction tube allows direct compatibility with the OEM exhaust, while removal enables full 3” flow when paired with aFe POWER downpipes (P/N: 48-33017-HC or 48-33017-HN).
A Y-pipe with a precision mitered 2-to-1 split eliminates turbulence and dead zones commonly found in formed collectors, improving exhaust scavenging and throttle response. Dual high-flow mufflers deliver a powerful, aggressive tone without excessive drone. The system is finished with dual 4” double-wall gloss black 304 stainless steel tips, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo for a bold, performance-driven appearance.
