Description
The aFe MACH Force-Xp Axle-Back Exhaust System (afe49-36355-B) is a high-performance exhaust upgrade engineered specifically for the 2021–2024 BMW 228i Gran Coupe (F44) 2.0L turbo. Designed to improve exhaust flow and deliver a more aggressive exhaust note, this system produces gains of up to +9 horsepower and +9 lb-ft of torque, as verified by aFe’s in-house dyno testing.
Constructed from 3-inch to 2.5-inch mandrel-bent brushed 304 stainless steel tubing, this axle-back exhaust offers excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and long-term durability. A high-flow polished 304 stainless steel muffler delivers a deep, powerful sound while maintaining smooth exhaust flow.
Finishing the system are dual 4.5-inch black 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo for a bold, performance-focused appearance. The system uses factory-style hangers for proper alignment and a secure fit. Some cutting may be required during installation—refer to the included instructions for details.
