Designed specifically for 2009–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with the 4.3L V6 or 5.3L V8, this dual side-exit exhaust delivers proven power gains, aggressive sound, and factory-quality fitment.
This system is constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, fully MIG-welded for strength and long-term durability. Smooth transition bends maximize exhaust flow while minimizing turbulence, resulting in improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency. During in-house dyno testing on a 5.3L engine, the MACH Force-Xp system produced gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque.
At the core of the system is a high-flow 21-inch stainless steel muffler with a single-in, dual-out configuration, engineered to absorb high-frequency tones while delivering a deep, powerful exhaust note without excessive drone. The dual side-exit design enhances both performance and appearance while maintaining everyday drivability.
Installation is straightforward and completely bolt-on. The system uses all factory mounting locations, includes OE-style bayonet hangers, high-quality band clamps, and a bolt-on driver-side tailpipe support bracket. No cutting or modifications are required, and the factory spare tire is fully retained.
Finishing touches include dual 4.5-inch high-luster polished stainless steel exhaust tips, each featuring a laser-cut stainless steel aFe Power logo badge for a bold, performance-focused look. Like all aFe exhaust systems, the MACH Force-Xp is engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, ensuring exceptional quality, fit, and performance.
