The MACH Force-Xp 3-Inch 409 Stainless Steel Dual Side-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver proven performance gains, aggressive sound, and OEM-quality fitment for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. Designed for durability and maximum exhaust flow, this system enhances throttle response while maintaining everyday drivability and full vehicle functionality.
This exhaust system is constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, fully 100% MIG-welded for exceptional strength and long-term durability. Smooth transition bends minimize turbulence, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently. In aFe POWER’s in-house dynamometer testing, this system produced gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque when tested on a 5.3L engine, improving both performance and responsiveness.
At the heart of the MACH Force-Xp system is a high-flow 21-inch stainless steel single-in / dual-out muffler, engineered to absorb unwanted high-pitch frequencies while delivering a deep, powerful, and aggressive exhaust tone across the power band.
The system features a dual side-exit configuration and is finished with massive dual 4.5-inch black stainless steel exhaust tips, each accented with laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER logo plates for a bold, performance-focused appearance.
Designed for a true bolt-on installation, this exhaust system utilizes all factory mounting locations and includes a bolt-on driver-side tailpipe support bracket, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps for a secure, leak-free seal. No cutting or modifications are required, and the system is engineered to retain the factory spare tire, ensuring full utility is preserved.
