In-house dyno testing shows gains of up to +5 horsepower and +8 lb-ft of torque, achieved through optimized exhaust flow and a smooth transition from 2-1/2 inch to 3 inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing. This design improves airflow while providing exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
A high-flow stainless steel muffler, finished with a high-temperature powder-coated metallic black coating, delivers a powerful yet mild exhaust tone. The addition of a dual resonated mid-pipe eliminates freeway drone, ensuring comfortable cruising while still delivering a sporty sound under acceleration.
The system is completed with an angled, double-walled 4-1/2 inch polished 304 stainless steel exhaust tip, laser-etched with the aFe POWER logo for a bold, premium appearance. Installation is straightforward and secure, utilizing factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers for a true bolt-on fit with no cutting or drilling required.
