This front muffler assembly features 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, ensuring unrestricted exhaust flow with reduced turbulence. The mandrel bends help improve throttle response while preserving horsepower and torque, making it an excellent balance between sound control and performance.
At the core of the system is an 18-inch high-flow stainless steel round muffler, strategically positioned forward in the exhaust path to effectively absorb harsh exhaust frequencies. The MACH Force-Xp front muffler assembly is compatible with the factory axle-back exhaust as well as most aftermarket axle-back systems, including aFe Power axle-back systems 49-48067-B and 49-48067-P. It utilizes factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers to ensure a stable, secure fit that resists movement under high heat and vibration.
