The aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 5" DPF-Back Exhaust System is designed to maximize exhaust flow, reduce exhaust gas temperatures, and enhance durability for 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Built for demanding towing and heavy-duty use, this system delivers improved efficiency while maintaining an OEM-quality fit and finish.
This exhaust system is constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to exit with minimal restriction. The smooth, continuous bends reduce turbulence, helping to increase horsepower and torque while effectively lowering EGTs, making it ideal for performance-minded diesel owners.
Installation is quick and straightforward, utilizing all factory mounting locations for proper alignment and stability. OE-style bayonet hangers ensure the exhaust remains securely positioned during high vibration and extreme heat conditions, preserving a factory-style fit over time. A high-quality OE-style flange combined with heavy-duty band clamps provides a complete 360-degree sealing surface for a leak-free connection.
The system is finished with a massive 7-inch high-luster polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut exhaust tip, delivering a bold, premium appearance. The tip includes a drain port to prevent moisture buildup and resist corrosion, along with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge for unmistakable performance styling.
To maintain full compatibility with factory emissions components, this exhaust system includes a NOx sensor bung, preventing check engine lights and ensuring proper sensor operation. This product does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable.
