The aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 5" DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered for maximum exhaust flow, improved performance efficiency, and aggressive styling on 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Designed for heavy-duty use, towing, and long-term reliability, this system delivers increased flow while maintaining factory-level fitment.
Constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD exhaust minimizes restriction and turbulence, allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently. The smooth transition bends improve horsepower and torque output while helping to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs)—a critical advantage for hard-working diesel applications.
This DPF-back system installs easily using all factory mounting locations, ensuring proper alignment and a hassle-free installation. OE-style bayonet hangers securely retain the exhaust during high vibration and extreme heat, preserving an OE-quality fit that does not shift over time. A high-quality OE-style flange and heavy-duty band clamps provide a complete 360-degree sealing surface, eliminating exhaust leaks.
Finishing the system is a massive 7-inch wrinkle-black powder-coated 304 stainless steel exhaust tip, designed to deliver a bold, aggressive appearance. The tip features a built-in drain port to reduce moisture buildup and resist corrosion, along with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge for unmistakable performance styling.
To ensure full compatibility with factory emissions equipment, this exhaust includes a NOx sensor bung, preventing check engine lights and maintaining proper sensor operation. This system does not require a CARB EO number, making it ideal for off-road and performance applications where applicable.
