Constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD system minimizes exhaust restriction and turbulence, allowing hot gases to exit more efficiently. The smooth transition bends promote improved horsepower and torque while helping to lower EGTs, making this exhaust ideal for demanding workloads and long-haul reliability.
This DPF-back exhaust system is designed for a quick, hassle-free installation, utilizing all factory mounting locations for proper alignment and stability. OE-style bayonet hangers keep the exhaust securely positioned during high-heat and high-vibration conditions, ensuring the fit does not shift over time. High-quality band clamps and an OE-style flange provide a full 360-degree sealing surface, eliminating potential leak paths.
To ensure full compatibility with factory emissions systems, this exhaust includes a NOx sensor bung, preventing check engine lights and maintaining proper sensor operation. This system does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable.
