This system is constructed from 5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, designed to improve exhaust efficiency while maintaining excellent durability under extreme towing and high-heat conditions. Smooth mandrel bends minimize turbulence, allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently—helping increase horsepower and torque while lowering EGTs.
For an OE-quality fit and long-term reliability, the Large Bore-HD system utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality flange and band clamps, providing a secure, leak-free 360-degree seal.
