This system is constructed from 5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently by reducing turbulence and restriction. The result is improved horsepower and torque potential, along with lower EGTs—ideal for towing, hauling, and heavy-duty use.
For durability and a precise OE-quality fit, the Large Bore-HD exhaust utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality flange and band clamps, ensuring a secure, leak-free 360-degree seal. Installation is completely bolt-on, using all factory mounting locations for a fast, hassle-free install with no cutting or modification required.
Completing the system is a massive 7" wrinkle-black powder-coated 304 stainless steel exhaust tip, featuring a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge for a bold, aggressive appearance. The tip also includes an integrated drain port to help prevent moisture buildup and corrosion over time.
