Upgrade your diesel truck with the Large Bore-HD 4” Dual DPF-Back Exhaust System from aFe POWER, engineered specifically for 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax. Designed to enhance exhaust flow while maintaining factory emissions components, this system delivers improved horsepower, torque, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) with an aggressive dual-exit appearance.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent performance under extreme conditions. Smooth-radius bends reduce turbulence and backpressure, allowing exhaust gases to flow efficiently for maximum engine efficiency.
This system features a single-to-dual exhaust conversion, transforming the factory single exhaust into a bold dual rear-exit configuration. Installation is fast and hassle-free using factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps. A bolt-on driver-side tailpipe support bracket is included for added stability—no cutting or modifications required.
Finishing the system are dual 6-inch polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut exhaust tips, each equipped with a drain port to prevent moisture buildup and corrosion, and a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER badge for a premium, aggressive look.
