Upgrade your diesel truck with the aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 4” Dual DPF-Back Exhaust System, engineered for 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax engine. Designed to deliver enhanced exhaust flow, reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and aggressive styling, this system offers the ideal balance of performance, durability, and OE-quality fitment.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance for demanding diesel applications. Smooth-radius bends reduce turbulence and backpressure, allowing exhaust gases to flow efficiently for increased horsepower, torque, and improved engine efficiency.
This system features a single-to-dual exhaust conversion, transforming the factory single-exit exhaust into a bold dual rear-exit configuration. Installation is quick and hassle-free using factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps. A bolt-on driver-side tailpipe support bracket is included to ensure proper alignment and long-term stability—no cutting or modifications required.
Finishing the system are dual 6-inch high-temperature black powder-coated 304 stainless steel exhaust tips, each equipped with a drain port to prevent moisture buildup and corrosion. The tips are accented with laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER logo plates, delivering a rugged, aggressive appearance.
