Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD exhaust system ensures smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow with minimal turbulence. The mandrel bends maintain consistent pipe diameter throughout the system, helping to increase horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) under load.
For a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow, this system features a muffler delete pipe, producing an aggressive exhaust note without sacrificing fitment or reliability. A high-quality OE-style flange and stainless steel band clamps provide a leak-free 360-degree seal, while OE-style bayonet hangers maintain proper exhaust alignment even during high vibration and extreme heat conditions.
Installation is quick and hassle-free, utilizing all factory mounting locations and requiring no cutting or modification. The system is finished with a 5-inch polished 304 stainless steel slash-cut tip, featuring integrated intercooling vents to help lower exhaust temperatures at the tailpipe. A built-in drain port helps prevent moisture buildup, reducing corrosion over time.
