The Large Bore-HD 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is engineered for maximum performance, enhanced sound, and long-lasting durability for 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this system combines precision engineering with premium materials for a true heavy-duty upgrade.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD system provides superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimized exhaust flow. Every component is 100% MIG-welded, delivering race-proven durability capable of withstanding high heat and heavy-duty conditions.
The exhaust system is finished with dual 6-inch polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a premium, performance-oriented appearance. These large polished tips not only elevate aesthetics but also enhance exhaust exit flow, producing a commanding diesel tone.
Performance enhancements include a true mitered merge, designed to reduce turbulence and increase exhaust velocity, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response. Additionally, the system features intercooling tailpipes, which lower exhaust gas temperatures at the exit for increased efficiency and durability.
Installation is simplified through factory-style flanges and hangers, allowing a direct bolt-on fit with no cutting or modifications required. All necessary hardware is included for a smooth, hassle-free installation.
This system delivers a deep, aggressive sound without compromising emissions compliance. It does not require a CARB EO number.
