The Large Bore-HD 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER is engineered for maximum performance, aggressive sound, and long-lasting durability for 2015–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel trucks. Designed and manufactured in Corona, California, this system combines high-flow engineering with precision OE-style fitment for a true heavy-duty upgrade.
Constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the Large Bore-HD system delivers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and optimal exhaust flow. All components are 100% MIG-welded, ensuring race-proven durability capable of handling extreme heat and high-stress conditions.
The exhaust is finished with dual 6-inch black 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a bold, performance-oriented appearance. These large tips not only enhance aesthetics but also improve exhaust exit flow for a commanding diesel tone.
Performance features include a true mitered merge, which reduces turbulence and increases exhaust velocity, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response. Additionally, the system incorporates intercooling tailpipes to lower exhaust gas temperatures at the exit, enhancing efficiency and durability.
Installation is simple thanks to factory-style flanges and hangers, allowing a direct bolt-on fit with no cutting or modifications required. All necessary hardware is included for a hassle-free installation.
This system is engineered for sound and performance while maintaining emissions compliance and does not require a CARB EO number.
