The aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 4" DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to improve exhaust flow, reduce exhaust gas temperatures, and deliver verified performance gains for 2011–2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. Designed for heavy-duty performance and towing applications, this system combines dyno-proven results with durable construction and precise OE-style fitment.
During in-house dyno testing, this system delivered gains of +8 horsepower and +11 lb-ft of torque over the factory exhaust. The system is constructed from 4-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently. Smooth transition bends and a mitered merge collector eliminate dead space and reduce turbulence, improving horsepower, torque, and overall exhaust efficiency while helping to lower EGTs.
This exhaust system features intercooling tailpipes, designed to dissipate heat and further reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe—an important benefit for trucks operating under heavy loads or in high-temperature conditions.
Installation is quick and hassle-free, utilizing all factory mounting locations for proper alignment. OE-style bayonet hangers secure the exhaust during high vibration and extreme heat, ensuring a stable, OE-quality fit that remains consistent over time. High-quality band clamps provide secure, leak-free connections.
Completing the system are dual side-exit 6-inch angle-cut, rolled-edge stainless steel tips finished in a durable matte-black coating. Each tip features a laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER logo plate, delivering aggressive styling to match the truck’s performance-focused design.
This DPF-back exhaust system does not require a CARB EO number, making it suitable for off-road and performance applications where applicable. As with all aFe POWER products, it is engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, ensuring premium American craftsmanship and reliability.
