Upgrade the performance, sound, and appearance of your EcoDiesel Ram 1500 with the aFe Large Bore-HD 2-1/2" DPF-Back Exhaust System. Built from 2-1/2" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this hand MIG-welded system is engineered to maximize exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), delivering up to +7 HP and +13 lb-ft of torque over the factory exhaust.
At the core of the system is a mitered merge collector, designed to eliminate dead space and reduce turbulence commonly associated with formed collectors, ensuring smooth airflow and optimal performance.
For a direct-fit installation, the Large Bore-HD system uses all factory mounting locations. OE-style bayonet hangers maintain proper alignment during high heat and vibration, providing a stable, OE-quality fit that lasts.
The system is finished with dual 4-1/2" matte-black 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips, featuring rolled edges and a riveted, laser-cut aFe Power logo plate for a bold, aggressive style.
