The aFe POWER Large Bore-HD 2-1/2 IN 409 Stainless Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to deliver improved exhaust flow, performance, and sound for the Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2) 3.0L EcoDiesel. Designed specifically for diesel applications, this DPF-back system enhances throttle response and power while maintaining emissions compliance.
Constructed from 2-1/2 IN mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system offers superior durability and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability. At the core of the system is a mitered merge collector, which reduces exhaust turbulence and increases exhaust velocity compared to traditional formed collectors—resulting in improved horsepower, torque, and overall engine efficiency.
To achieve a refined yet aggressive exhaust note, the system incorporates dual high-flow 4 IN resonators that absorb unwanted high-frequency tones while allowing the engine to breathe freely. The exhaust is finished with polished 304 stainless steel tips for a clean, aggressive appearance.
