Constructed from 3” to 2.5” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system is 100% MIG-welded for maximum strength and long-lasting reliability. The system features a high-flow stainless steel muffler to optimize exhaust flow and reduce backpressure, while the dual 3.5” black stainless steel tips with laser-etched aFe POWER badges deliver a sleek, aggressive look.
The Gemini XV includes a key fob-controlled electronic cut-out valve for on-demand exhaust sound, allowing you to switch between mild and aggressive tones without modifying your vehicle’s electronics. A heavy-duty interlock flex pipe with internal liner ensures added durability under high-stress conditions.
Installation is simple thanks to factory-style hangers, premium clamps, and included hardware, requiring no cutting or modifications in most cases, though OE exhaust removal may require cutting. The system is designed using computer-aided design (CAD) for precise, high-tolerance factory fitment.
