Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, the Gemini XV exhaust system offers superior corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and optimized exhaust flow. Dyno testing confirms gains of up to +22 horsepower and +26 lb-ft of torque, improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
At the heart of the system is an electronically controlled exhaust cutout valve, positioned before the muffler, allowing instant switching between a mild, refined tone and a deep, aggressive exhaust note. The system includes two wireless key fob remotes, a control module, valve motor, and all required wiring—designed for a clean, plug-and-play installation with no cutting or interference with factory electronics.
Exhaust flow is managed through a high-flow stainless steel muffler, delivering an aggressive tone when the valve is open while maintaining comfortable sound levels when closed. The system is finished with dual 5-inch polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a premium appearance.
