The Gemini XV 3-Inch 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Electronic Cut-Out is engineered for truck owners who demand performance, premium materials, and instant control over exhaust sound. Designed for select Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 applications, this system delivers dyno-proven power gains and the ability to switch from a refined tone to an aggressive exhaust note at the push of a button.
This system is constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and improved exhaust flow. On-vehicle dyno testing shows gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque, helping maximize engine efficiency and throttle response.
At the heart of the Gemini XV system is a high-flow stainless steel muffler combined with an electronically controlled exhaust cut-out valve positioned before the muffler. This innovative design allows drivers to instantly select between a mild, daily-driver sound and an aggressive, free-flowing exhaust tone whenever desired. Muffler finish may vary.
The system is finished with dual 4.5-inch diameter polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a bold, premium appearance.
Installation is completely bolt-on, utilizing factory-style hangers for a secure and precise fit. The included electronic control system comes complete with two key fob remotes, control module, valve motor, and all required wiring, allowing for a clean installation with no cutting or modification of factory wiring or vehicle electronics. All necessary hardware is included for a hassle-free install.
Designed using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) technology, this exhaust system ensures high-tolerance factory fitment. Each system is 100% MIG-welded for race-proven strength and durability.
