The Gemini XV 3-Inch 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Electronic Cut-Out is engineered for drivers who want total control over performance and sound. Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, this system offers exceptional corrosion resistance, strength, and long-term durability. The smooth mandrel bends improve exhaust flow, contributing to dyno-proven gains of up to +14 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque, as measured on aFe POWER’s in-house dynamometer.
At the heart of the system is a high-flow stainless steel muffler paired with an electronically controlled exhaust cut-out valve positioned before the muffler. This innovative design allows drivers to instantly select between a refined, mild exhaust note or an aggressive, unrestricted sound profile—perfect for daily driving or performance-oriented situations.
The system is finished with dual 4.5-inch diameter polished 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips, each featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate for a distinctive, high-end appearance. Muffler finish may vary.
Installation is completely bolt-on, utilizing factory-style hangers for a precise and secure fit.
