Upgrade your 2019–2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L with the aFe POWER Gemini XV 3” 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Electronic Cut-Out. Designed for maximum performance, aggressive sound, and precise fit, this system delivers up to +5 horsepower and +6 lb-ft of torque, as verified on aFe’s in-house dyno.
Constructed from 3” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, this cat-back exhaust is 100% MIG-welded for strength, durability, and race-proven reliability. The system features a high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler for low backpressure and enhanced throttle response. For added durability, it includes a heavy-duty interlock flex pipe with internal liner.
The Gemini XV system comes with an electronically controlled exhaust cut-out valve. Using the included key fob remotes, you can quickly switch between mild and aggressive exhaust tones, giving you sound on demand without interfering with your vehicle’s electronics.
Installation is straightforward thanks to factory-style hangers and included hardware, making it a direct bolt-on system. Note that OE exhaust removal may require cutting. Designed with computer-aided design (CAD), this system ensures high-tolerance factory fitment for an OEM-quality appearance.
This dual rear-exit system retains the factory tips for a clean, stock-like look while unleashing an aggressive performance tone.
