The aFe Control Sway-A-Way 2.0 Rear Shock Kit (afe302-0052-06) is a direct-fit, high-performance rear shock upgrade designed for 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD trucks. Built using Sway-A-Way’s 20+ years of race-proven engineering, this kit delivers superior rear suspension control, ride quality, and durability while maintaining factory comfort.
Featuring 2.0-inch diameter shock bodies, these shocks offer increased oil volume for better heat management and consistent damping performance. The piggyback reservoir design enhances cooling efficiency while allowing easy installation.
Constructed with CNC-machined aluminum components, bright zinc-plated steel cylinders, and 5/8-inch polished Nitro Steel shafts, these shocks are engineered for strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. Internally, they use specifically formulated 7wt fully synthetic shock oil and are sealed with a multi-seal carrier system to prevent leaks and contamination.
