The BladeRunner Intercooler Couplings & Clamps Kit from aFe POWER is designed to provide secure, high-performance connections between intercooler tubes on select Duramax and Ford applications. Engineered for durability and precision, this kit allows for expansion, movement, and vibration between intercooler pipes while maintaining a tight, leak-free fit even under extreme boost conditions.
This kit includes three 3-inch and one 2-3/4-inch 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplings, rated to 200 PSI, making them capable of handling high horsepower and high-boost applications. Each coupling is engineered to absorb movement and vibration, preventing damage to pipes, fittings, or connected components, while ensuring consistent airflow and performance.
Included in the kit are eight premium stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps, which deliver a secure, leak-free seal and maintain constant clamping force under thermal expansion or vibration. The reinforced silicone material meets or exceeds SAEJ20 standards, providing long-lasting durability and resistance to heat, oil, and pressure.
