Upgrade your 2016–2019 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel with the aFe POWER BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler Kit. Designed for maximum airflow and cooling efficiency, this system outflows the factory intercooler by up to 16%, improving turbo efficiency, horsepower, and torque while maintaining reliability under high-performance conditions.
3" Bar and Plate Core
The GT Series intercooler features a 3-inch thick bar and plate core, providing exceptional airflow and thermal efficiency. Heavy-duty 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum end tanks offer superior strength and durability under high boost pressures.
Premium Intercooler Tubes
Includes 3” TIG-welded hot-side and cold-side aluminum tubes, powder-coated in wrinkle black for heat and corrosion resistance. Mandrel-bent transitions reduce turbulence and pressure loss, increasing performance and turbo response.
Billet Aluminum Fittings
Heavy-duty billet aluminum inlet and outlet fittings feature factory-style quick-connects with O-ring seals for leak-free installation and superior durability.
High-Quality Couplings & Clamps
The kit includes stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps and 5-ply reinforced silicone couplings, ensuring a secure, high-pressure connection.
Custom Styling
