The aFe POWER ATLAS 5" Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System is engineered to enhance exhaust flow, durability, and sound quality for 2019–2025 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. Designed as a direct DPF-back replacement, this system improves performance while maintaining emissions compliance and factory mounting points.
Constructed from 5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing, the ATLAS exhaust system delivers excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and consistent exhaust flow. The large-diameter tubing reduces backpressure, allowing the Cummins engine to breathe more efficiently for improved throttle response and optimized power delivery—ideal for towing, hauling, or daily driving.
Finishing the system is a bold 7-inch diameter black stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tip, adding an aggressive rear appearance. The tip features a riveted aFe POWER logo plate, providing a clean, premium look that complements the truck’s styling.
The exhaust system is 100% MIG-welded for race-proven durability and long-term reliability under demanding conditions. Designed using advanced computer-aided design (CAD) technology, this system ensures precise factory-style fitment and proper clearance.
Installation is completely bolt-on, utilizing factory-style hangers and requiring no cutting or modifications. All necessary hardware is included, making installation quick and hassle-free.
