ATLAS 5” Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System with 6” Polished Intercooled Tip
Unlock improved airflow, reduced exhaust gas temperatures, and aggressive styling with the ATLAS 5” DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER, engineered specifically for 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty trucks. Built to handle the demands of modern diesel performance, this system features 100% hand MIG-welded, 5” mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing designed to maximize exhaust flow while maintaining long-term durability.
The increased tubing diameter and smooth transition bends reduce restriction and turbulence, helping improve horsepower, torque, and overall exhaust efficiency while lowering EGTs. A mitered merge collector is incorporated to eliminate dead space within the exhaust path, further enhancing exhaust scavenging and performance. Some cutting is required during installation.
Designed for OE-quality fitment, the ATLAS system utilizes factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, high-quality band clamps, and an OE-style flange to provide a secure, leak-free 360-degree seal that maintains proper alignment under high heat and vibration.
Finishing the system is a massive 6” diameter polished stainless steel intercooled exhaust tip, featuring integrated cooling vents to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A laser-cut black powder-coated stainless steel aFe POWER badge completes the system with a bold, aggressive appearance.
