ATLAS 4” Aluminized Steel DPF-Back Exhaust System with Dual 5” Polished Intercooled Tips
Upgrade the performance and appearance of your 6.7L Power Stroke Super Duty with the ATLAS 4” DPF-Back Exhaust System by aFe POWER. Engineered for durability and efficiency, this system features 100% hand MIG-welded, 4” mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing designed to maximize exhaust flow while maintaining long-term reliability.
The smooth-radius mandrel bends reduce exhaust restriction and turbulence, helping increase horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). A mitered merge collector is incorporated to eliminate dead space within the exhaust path, further improving exhaust scavenging under heavy load.
Designed for OE-quality fitment, the ATLAS system utilizes factory mounting locations, OE-style bayonet hangers, and high-quality band clamps to ensure a secure, rattle-free installation that maintains alignment under extreme heat and vibration. Some cutting may be required depending on cab configuration—refer to the installation instructions for details.
Finishing the system are dual side-exit 5” polished stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tips, featuring integrated cooling vents to help reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the outlet. Each tip is accented with a black powder-coated, laser-cut stainless steel aFe POWER logo plate, delivering a clean yet aggressive appearance.
