The aFe POWER Street Series Engine Oil Pan is engineered to deliver enhanced durability, cooling efficiency, and engine protection for 2011–2025 Ford Super Duty F-250 and F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke turbo diesel engine.
Constructed from high-strength A356 cast aluminum, this oil pan offers superior rigidity compared to OEM stamped steel designs. The raw aluminum finish with precision-machined fins not only enhances underbody aesthetics but also improves thermal performance. Integrated external and internal cooling fins efficiently dissipate heat from the engine oil into the surrounding airflow, helping maintain optimal oil temperatures under demanding driving and towing conditions.
Designed with performance and reliability in mind, the pan features reinforcing ribs for added structural integrity and impact resistance. A magnetic drain plug is included to capture metallic debris and loose particles, providing an added layer of engine protection between oil changes.
This Street Series oil pan increases oil capacity by an additional 2 quarts over stock, improving lubrication and thermal stability—especially beneficial for heavy-duty use. A fully machined O-ring groove ensures a precise, leak-free seal, and all necessary installation hardware is included for a straightforward, hassle-free installation.
The package also includes an aFe Pro GUARD D2 engine oil filter (44-LF024), delivering high filtration efficiency to keep contaminants out while maintaining proper oil flow.
