The 034Motorsport 370mm x 24mm 2-Piece Floating Rear Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit is a direct replacement for the factory rear rotors on the BMW F8X M2, M3, and M4. Designed for enthusiasts who demand top-tier performance on both the street and the track, this kit delivers improved cooling, reduced fade, and longer-lasting durability — all while maintaining OEM fitment.
Performance & Design
Weighing in at just 20.6 lbs each, these rotors match the OEM weight while significantly improving cooling efficiency and thermal stability. The 72 directionally curved vanes force air through the rotor for optimal heat dissipation, helping prevent brake fade during intense driving sessions.
The rotor hats are machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for reduced unsprung mass. The rotor rings are made from a proprietary CM-250 alloy designed to withstand the extreme temperatures of repeated heavy braking, ensuring consistent performance in demanding conditions.
The J-slot friction face cleans pad surfaces, aids in hot pad outgassing, and reduces noise compared to traditional slotted rotors. The floating two-piece design uses high-strength steel bobbins to allow for both radial and axial expansion, unlike OEM rotors that allow only radial movement.
