The 034 StreetSport Engine & Transmission Mount Set is engineered for ultra-high performance applications on the Audi RS3 (8V / 8V.5) and Audi TTRS (8S). Designed by 034 Motorsport, these mounts set a new benchmark in drivetrain control by significantly reducing engine and transmission movement while maintaining refined street drivability.
Constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and paired with high-durometer rubber Density Line bushings, these mounts deliver exceptional strength and durability. They are virtually indestructible under extreme performance conditions and are backed by a lifetime warranty regardless of power level or driving use, including track applications.
These StreetSport mounts are void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the excessive drivetrain slop commonly found in factory engine and transmission mounts. They are also fully rebuildable, featuring replaceable Density Line rubber bushings for long-term serviceability.
Compared to factory mounts, users will experience an increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), particularly at idle. However, once the vehicle is in motion, NVH is only slightly above stock levels. The StreetSport version produces significantly less NVH than the TrackSport variant due to its lower-durometer rubber composition.
High-Durometer Rubber vs Polyurethane
The Density Line rubber used in these mounts is chosen over polyurethane for performance and durability reasons. While polyurethane is commonly used in aftermarket mounts, it is limited because it primarily works under compression and tends to wear and pack over time.
Rubber, in contrast, performs effectively under tension, compression, and shear loads, making it ideal for drivetrain applications where multi-directional stress is present. It also provides more consistent long-term performance without degradation or deformation, resulting in a more reliable and durable mounting solution.
