Description
The Verus Engineering G87 M2 Carbon Polyweave Front Splitter Kit (A0536A) is a purpose-built aerodynamic upgrade designed to deliver significant front-end downforce while keeping drag to a minimum. By generating a large pressure delta between the top and bottom surfaces, this splitter improves grip, stability, and confidence at speed.
Developed using scan data directly from the BMW G87 M2 and validated through CFD analysis, this splitter is engineered to pair perfectly with the Verus Engineering UCW Rear Wing. Splitter diffusers (tunnels) are integrated to provide even greater front-end downforce than a flat blade design alone.
The splitter mounts securely to multiple chassis locations for strength and durability, with recessed hardware for cleaner airflow and improved aerodynamic efficiency. During R&D, Verus ensured the oil cooler’s exit airflow would not negatively impact performance, and offers multiple airflow management options with an included block-off plate, exit duct, or wide-open splitter configuration.
Manufactured from motorsports-grade carbon polyweave, this splitter offers a unique combination of lightweight stiffness and extreme durability. Unlike carbon fiber or ABS, it resists cracking, and unlike aluminum splitters, it will not bend or drag under load. This makes it an ideal solution for both street-driven and track-focused BMW M2s.
The included air dam aligns the splitter with the vehicle underbody, improving aerodynamic function. Built from powder-coated 5052 aluminum, the air dam is designed to follow the front bumper lines for a clean, integrated look.
